334 Temperance Street, New Glasgow
Originally built in 1894, this three-story timber-frame and brick building functioned as a school until 2014. After its decommissioning, it was acquired and transformed into a multi-family residential building, preserving its historic character while serving as a vital housing resource.
159 Denoon Street, Pictou
Constructed in 1874, this four-story timber-frame and brick building holds Federal heritage status. Formerly known as Stella Maris Convent, it operated as a convent school until 1970, then housed offices, a daycare, and residences for the Sisters in the area. In 2011, it was converted into a multi-residential property, blending history with modern living.
