What is Tidal Bay?
Incorporated in April 2023, Tidal Bay Community Land Co-operative (Tidal Bay) combines strong governance, community focus, and key partnerships to support the growth of co-operative housing in Nova Scotia.
Developed in collaboration with Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF Canada), The Community Housing Management Network (The Network), and New Commons Development (New Commons).

As a co-operative, it ensures affordability, strong governance, and community focus. Tidal Bay owns and maintains both the land and buildings, enabling long-term sustainability and effective management.
